They were summoned for 23:45 local time, it's now 01:22.

How long does it take to decide what to do about it? :p

In China, the DSQ for Hamilton was published 8 minutes after the summons time.

Dreadful track - nothing interesting about it. In the same bucket as Monaco etc - Roll out the celebrities etc etc

Boring race overall, await the outcome of the McLaren situation but knowing the Stewards, they will come up with some way to allow Mclaren's to keep the points....

I'm expecting the opposite because as far as Liberty is concerned, it makes the final races of the season far more exciting and Liberty have shown time and again they don't really care for the rules as long as it adds entertainment. If the skid plates are under the minimum allowable then they'll be DQ'd.

Agree with the above it will make DTS that much more interesting for the casuals.

Weird how it’s only the Maccas that have been pushing the boundaries with plank wear here.

Ultimately I agree - but knowing Liberty/F1 - they will come up with some weird way to justify the extra wear etc.

I should be a slam dunk 15 minute job to assess the wear.... Is it over the limit? yes or no?

Why does it take 4 hours to work this out - it usually means they are coming up with excuses as to not punish them, and then Red Bull will protest and it will drag on again....

Not sure how they could get away without being disqualified as Hamilton was in China for the same reason.

Now I'm thinking what are the rules if the skid block falls off during the race

The first ever race was decent and last seasons was one of the best races of the year if memory serves me correct, this year the race sucked but it still gave us one of the best quali sessions of the year.

That's a better hit rate than numerous classic tracks tbh

Qualifying was great - only because of the rain... That's when you know it's a boring track when nature has to intervene to make it interesting.

It didn't rain last year and it was a pretty good race, you need a larger sample pool to judge it properly. So far there has been one ok race, one good race, and one bad race.

That's when you know it's a boring track when nature has to intervene to make it interesting.

That describes F1 races at Spa. Despite having one of the coolest layouts in the world and F1 cars looking spectacular on it... the dry F1 races rarely deliver. The best Spa races and quali sessions are nearly always when the weather is a factor.

Tiny margins but rules are rules:
Lando's car measured RHS Front 8.88mm, RHS Rear 8.93mm, minimum is 9.0mm
