It was last season champions league game that went to pens when the atletico player double hit it, can’t remember his name played for Chelsea. It was ruled out but he wasn’t allowed to retake it.

Why would Mateta want to move to a club like Man Utd. He is at the peak of his career and shouldn't be taking a step backwards like that.
