No guarantee, Piastri is no 2. It could be Piastri 3, Norris 4. Now they can swap and still win

Yes that is what I mean, if Piastri seems to have no chance of beating Max then Norris will 100% be finishing ahead of Oscar.

He didn't let him through he was trying to defend and couldn't.
