I currently have an AOC Q32V3S 31.5" WQHD 75Hz Adaptive Sync IPS Monitor. Works okay for me. I'm a casual gamer. Wanted 32" for desktop real estate primarily and the QHD resolution is spot on for me. But I've been thinking about an upgrade for better gaming credentials. Thinking same size, same res but much higher refresh, response and any other features that will make games look better without breaking the bank. So, OLED is out. Any recommendations? Currently looking at the LG UltraGear 32GN600-B 32'' QHD 165Hz 1ms AMD FreeSync Premium Gaming Monitor as an option.

PC Specs:
i7 14700F 20 Core 28 Thread up to 5.4GHz
RTX 4070 Super Eagle OC ICE 12GB

I went from an 85Hz HP Omen to an LG 32GP850 and the difference was significant, a lot of blur disappeared and in some games, high refresh feels like a bit of a cheat code, especially holding a drift in something like Forza.
The 32GN600 you look at seems to use a VA panel while the 32GP850 uses an IPS panel so will not be directly comparable. I've been very happy with mine through, 6000 hours in.... just checked in the GUI, though the nipple for changing inputs which I do frequently is annoying. I really wish I'd got something with a dedicated button or remote.

I'd absolutely stick to QHD with GPU pricing, your 4070 should be a decent match.

Review here RTings always worth checking out, scroll down for a lot of detail.

I'd also take a look at Hardware Unboxed Monitors on YouTube, they did a recent monitor recommendations update video. These monitors have been out for a while so there may be better options in the market.

Not the best gamer out there but absolutely does me for warzone and work and a little larger at 34".
I have two iiyama Red Eagle 34" Gmaster GB3467wqsu (one in my home office and one for gaming) and can be gotten for pretty decent money. My only gripe is a bit of light bleed when looking from certain angles on a pure black screen but really it doesn't bother me that much.
3440x1440 red on a 1500r curve, 0.4ms and 165hz refresh. It's height and tilt adjustable and takes most inputs.

I had the LG UltraGear 32GP850-B 32" QHD 165Hz (180Hz) Nano IPS monitor and it was an excellent monitor. The one you linked is the VA version so won't have quite as fast a response time and colours won't be as accurate but it will have a higher contrast ratio so very good in dark rooms.
