Proper scale too - leftmost bauble is C5, moves up to Bb7, but then one bauble doesn't work, and the next one is back at C5. Annoyingly, it's a different bauble to the first C5

Well................for the past few days, i have been tearing my office apart trying to find the source of the intermittent 'chirping'. I thought there was a device's battery dying somewhere - it was driving me nuts.

Yup, i didn't realise the forum header baubles were making the noise.

Was browsing and (I'm sure I am VERY slow to this) just heard a tinkling sound and was puzzled before I realized it was the mouse moving at top of screen.

Well done OCUK, very tasteful and discrete. I really hate Xmas at the best of times but this was GOOD...

Same, a couple of days ago - had just been browsing the forum and then was getting up to go and make a cuppa, must've just moved the cursor upwards inadvertently when getting up... and there's a mysterious sound... :eek:

Casually browsing OcUK having my breakfast,

I looked over to my mobile as i thought something weird was happening, could hear noises, realised my laptop headset was on the desk and i was scrolling my mouse over the baul balls

You could probably play the Sugar Plum Fairy tune on the balls if you were like Mozart or something. Tchaikovsky probably couldn't work a mouse, but Mozart maybe could I reckon.

I am very annoyed that whenever my mouse rolls over bauble it makes a ding noise and my colleagues know im not working and reading the forums :rolleyes:

Mute the tab, wear headphones or mute your device.

Plenty of ways to circumvent the issue of you not working
