Surprised this hasnt been pick up on already! Figured it was only a matter of time! I eman Careful now! Redbull might actually turn in to a likeable organisation. :p

It seems that it has shed its most outwardly toxic components. With both Christian and Marko gone I might be able to reconcile my disdain for the team.

I thought Marko was in the 2nd seat next year?

I almost missed this. Good riddance to him.

You might be right too, if Vettel succeeds him and Max moves on , well then..: mind blown ;)

Vettel's old race engineer Rocky is already the head of Red Bull's driver academy, Marko was just 'advising' and apparently signing people without telling anyone else.

There is no chemistry there at all is there? Hasnt been all season. These relationships dont just form overnight but It just feels so awkward listening to them interact. Adami just dosnt seem to be able to read Lewis at all.
Lewis and Bono wernt always perfectly in sync, Lewis snapped back at him quite a few times in the heat of it. However it never seemed this awkward. That said, we have a lot more access to radio than when Lewis started out with Bono.

Adami doesn't have the charisma or authoritative nature to be a race engineer. He must be the worst one on the grid, I have no idea why he still has that role. They'd be far better off with a native English speaker.

That said Lewis doesn't really help the situation.

Yikes. I had taken to believing that perhaps they were doing ok after the initial hilarity, but maybe all the recent positive comments are just trying to hide it. That certainly doesn’t seem good at all.

In Lewis’s defence he’s probably correcting Adami purposefully more because he’s trying to train him to what he wants. Kinda hard to not sound snippy when you’re doing that whilst driving at 200kmph :p

But yeah, not great. Makes that “personnel should be in other positions” that Lewis said recently, a little more pointed. But then again who the hell knows what is really going on.

It was always going to be a bit like this. Lewis needs a Pete Bonnington - someone who'll listen patiently while his driver is griping about tyres and strategy and any other perceived slights (real or imagined) while setting purple sectors. Adami isn't that guy.

Perhaps Ferrari need Rob Smedley back.
