Played some more over weekend, still enjoying it, playing the game and also more mods :) a 5070 Ti is overkill at 1440, even with PT, but hey I need the extra VRAM! Mines using up to 12.5 VRAM with my 188 mods enabled, although there is probably a review of installed mods coming where I can get that back down again.

My game crashed with mods a few times since I've had it:
1) is due to Bike Overhaul mods that are either outdated or maybe clashing with another mod, had to uninstalled them, which sucks because the default feel of cars and bikes feels off. There is probably another way to fix this by manually editing the config files.
2) I installed the Arasaka Cyberarms a while ago but if I uninstall them the game will crash on launch before getting to the menu, not really an issue because I can leave them installed but don't setup any arms or have them on arms I never use, like manits.
3) others I'm sure but usually due to human error need installing the requirements or notes about clashing with other mods.

So far I fixed the issue of my missing body when looking down, you have to leave the Third Person camera mod installed/enabled but don't have to use it, it does some extra profile checking/reloading which otherwise doesn't happen.

There’s something nostalgic about playing this at this time of year, I’ve downloaded it again and have started as the street kid start, the only one I haven’t done. There’s something special about wandering through night city. I’ve also not experienced it with path tracing, albeit with DLSS quality and frame gen.

How is this my third playthrough and I’m absolutely addicted again, it’s just such an immersive game and it’s so polished now. I’ve completed it on XSX, PS5 and I guess now it’s time for PC :)

Start my month off this week and I'll be doing the same, only ever finished it on PS5 lol. Well, mainly because I treat it as a benchmarking tool and play other games.

How does this game look so incredibly good and how have I forgotten so much of what happens! On the plus side, at least with modern tech it holds at 100fps plus with all the bells and whistles.

Do you guys switch film grain and chromatic aberration off?

I only upgraded my PC recently from a GTX1070 system to the one in my sig and the great thing about keeping a system for so long is that by the time you upgrade your pc you have so many great games to play after they are fixed during that time period and this is one of them. Its on my backlog (never played once) and the next to play after I complete Jedi Survivor. Hopefully it lives up to the hype.

Holy crap yes, I don't know why but I was thinking exactly the same thing the other day and mentioned it to my colleagues. I don't know what it is about Cyberpunk and Christmas, but I said that I've got time off over Christmas and it'll be time to fire up Cyberpunk and carry on with my playthrough as it just seems to be the perfect thing to do over Christmas. I really don't know what it is about Cyberpunk that causes that feeling though!
