Arc Raiders

I gave one to bigmike, can't remember if I have another or not. I'll check when I'm next on. If I do, it's yours.
very kind offer my dude but i'm one of them weirdo's, if i don't find it myself (or take it off someones corpse!) i'd not feel like i earned it (despite over 200 hrs in the game - **** you embark :p )

edit: that said, make me that offer in another months time and my 'principles' may not be quite so firm

The expedition project forces you to go to Stella Montis, so I've spent a few rounds there recently.

Every single round I've had there has had some squeaker run around nearby and speak to me. Then the moment they think my guard is dropped they start blasting.

And my lobbies are usually carebear lobbies. Even Stella Montis.

I assume it's the holidays, or because it's the weekend. Thankfully I've survived all the attempts to kill me, but its been incredibly consistent in both frequency and execution.

Thought I'd be brave and try out my Control Tower key - got mobbed by 5 Death-Roombas, panicked and lost my Level 4 Arpeggio...

...had to fight the urge to uninstall the game and throw my PC across the room (after carefully extracting the ram and listing it on Ebay for five billion dollars, of course).

Ho hum, at least the key card was in my Prison Pocket

I use an Anvil & shotgun for card rooms, the Anvil will one-shot anything indoors apart from a Shredder, and the shotgun will take care of any naughty chancers.

Lance will trade your DDR5 memory for an augment. I think he’s Sam Altman in disguise …

How do you guys manage the items you get each mission?

I have a stash of 88 and its all full but I do not know what to sell, scrap or save for later projects or table upgrades
upgrade stashnas priority also learn what to keep and what to bin. use don't horde. my stash is 280 tho and I sometimes hit the ceiling

I wonder what caused it tho. My main theory is tons of kids getting on parents' / family members' consoles / accounts and just going ham. It'll be fun for said parents when they log on for a nice chilled session and the game has deemed them as aggressive players and puts them in murder lobbies :D

Influx of new Christmas players, as you say, will be part of it but there’ll also be those that have reset but now can’t be bothered once they actually start the grind again so just start to rat to get back where they were. Then there’ll be those that are end game but no interest in resetting who just want to pvp now.

I expect the rat like behaviour to increase the longer the game is out - the game almost encourages it.

Just purchased in the sale..

Same. I'm running around like a mad thing, I've managed to do two quests so far (take out a few Arcs and collect a battery and some wires) and it's been quite fun. Just need to watch a few videos to understand what I'm supposed to be doing :)

Yeah some of the quests will reward you with some decent gear and blueprints. Totally worth doing.

just unlocked level 5 of my caravan construction.

ouch!

180,000 coins worth of Provisions

this one is brutal. the other stuff I can just dump in as and when but this one my current lootpile I had for it is almost worthless (keys and the like) and I don't want to chuck in blueprints. (I have 3 others in my gaming group who I have promised them too).

for the combat stuff, do you guys find it best to craft really high tier loot and donate that in ? or just you just put in loads of cheap shlop from the free loadouts or old gear foraged?

Yeah I did that for the last expedition to speed it up at the beginning. Weighing it up if I am going to bother the second time, repeating the same quests and items is awful, it doesnt seem that the reward equates to the effort so hoping they look at this closely.

I've done a few more quests, met a couple of people in game and they've been really good, helping point stuff out and what have you. Robots got me once as I was fighting two then two balls just appeared out of nowhere.

But yeah good fun so far!
