Looks very smooth... What did you use for your base gravy recipe?
Using his Base & Mix Powder of which I made yesterday.


Was wondering where he chefs... Looks quite nice.Not been out much since the pandemic and things have changed since then and more so in the last 40 years around here, the better half used to eat in that one which used to be Dig In The Ribs.
But always buzzing around the lanes etc. Keep meaning to get over to Rai's place, maybe when the weather gets a little better as parking can can be had in the Marina. Although I think they have reduced the time to 4 hours now, still free though!
I followed a fairly basic recipe, minus adding cabbage and then blended generously with a stick blender. (I didn’t even have to sieve the base)

On my next day off I’m going to have a play and have a crack at a Pathia, Madras and Masala following his recipesUsing his Base & Mix Powder of which I made yesterday.
