It’s what it says on the tin, well bag :D

Powdered Coconut! I think if you add water it becomes what you get in a tin…

Some places use Coconut Flour, or Desiccated Coconut (This causes the Curries to be quite lumpy) as it is dried flesh.

Thanks :D. Sometimes when I look back at the pics I posted, I think, ‘That looks atrocious’ :cry:. Doesn’t help the way I slop it on though. The way it looks definitely doesn’t do it justice.
