New Monitor please .

What haven't you liked about the recommendations so far? If you want a really nice looking display in terms of rich colours then go OLED.

pros and cons of OLED though

Possible flicker
Screenburn, or even just the paranioa of getting it (even though it may never)
Text fringing/shimmering, ideally go 4K to sort this, but then demand in games, and requiring use of scaling in Windows to make things bigger (I use 125% for 27" 1440p)
Purple tint from Samsung panels when room is bright
LG OLED have worse text pixel layout

i do like this one.. looks nice and very good reviews, but would 4k be a problem, dont want to get the monitor then have to forl out for a new GFX card if you see what i mean.

Do you have a 4K TV? If so connect your PC to it and see how 4K gaming copes.

Another thing you can do is output at 4K then scale it back down, I don't know how you do this but apparently it's possible, so you get 4K FPS at 1440p monitor...so test what FPS will be like on a on 4K monitor

I'm not a gamer, but looking at your spec, you have a very high spec PC with the latest components, so I doubt it would be a problem. If you're worried though, make a separate post asking about it and some experts will answer. If you search the forums, I am sure you will find lots of discussions about specs needed for 4K and frame rates etc.

I have a 32" 4K VA monitor, although I don't use it on 4K as my eyesight isn't good enough. Physically it's a nice size though. I prefer flat to curved myself.

You can use it at 4k just go into windows scaling say 200%

I use 125% as 27" 1440 is too small
