Just finished transferring my bits into a new home and adding a 360 aio

really nice case to build in I could smarten it up a little more with some posh power cable extenders but under a desk so she will be fine

the be-quiet 360 pure loop is a touch ott for the r7 7700 but wanted a near silent system did 4 hours of bf6 and the cpu never went over 52c last night

Graphic cards for size reference is a power color hellhound 9070xt

Think the things I like the most on the case

Integrated anti sag bracket
removable top panel this made everything easier
front panel magnetized for filter cleaning

Is it true you can't have the bottom fans under if drive cage is in?

Don't like them being on top like that and my gpu power cables are very thick/stiff with caps in the ends.

Looks nice but I feel like Lian Li take a step forward in some areas and 2 steps back in others.

You can have the fans under with the HDD cage, just less clearance and only use 1 x 3.5" inside the HDD cage (and 1 x 2.5" on top) but unless you've got a short PSU, in the underneath position they are further forward and you have the use the extra brackets that look messy*

Ive recently switch to the 217, I agree, I dont really like that either, but it looks worse with them underneath* would have preferred a full length perforated panel, think this is a cost/metal saving solution rather than a GPU cooling.

Mixed thoughts on the 217, dont think I'll keep it long (was clinging to FT-02 all this time)

Likes:

Sag bracket
Removable top panel
Looks quite good
Ease of build / cable tidy
Front panel / dust magnets
Cooling (seems solid)

Dislikes:

Fans - I find them annoying, with lower RPMs, I pick up a pulsing tone, higher RPMs, they're just loud, luckily I've got a bunch of Noctua fans, but the fans were one of the reasons of purchase, now it was abit of impulse buy, maybe fan noise was mentioned in the reviews.
Dust build-up inside - with the filter, on desk, get way more dust inside than my old case / other PCs I've got.
Fan mounting placement - Front (extra brackets) and top support 140mm, but quite abit a materiel seem to block air, and the bottom just looks un-tidy, no cover.

Other:

Not 217 specific, case length/dead space, I know manufactures want/need to carter to 360mm rads, but would be nice if there was a case that's shorter.
Not a fair comparison, but ... its a 'cheap-ish' case, but compared to the FT-02, feels a little cheap and flimsy.

Haven't even finished building yet and already liking this case, or at least modern cases (coming from a Phanteks Enthoo Pro M). A breeze to build in/with.

Still not been able to find answer if it can fit likes of Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 at the top.

Most cases which are this sort of size are easy to build in.
 
I have the Lian Li 216 which has ~ 77mm clearance.

I use a 8 pin extender for the CPU power, so that it is easier to disconnect if the need arises. Been using this since i put a Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 in the roof of a Phanteks Pro M which had a lot less space.

Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 fits nicely in the roof of my case.
 
***Update*** on the 217 my system runs so cool even when it was 40c a week or so back the cpu never went over 62c and near zero fan noise from both the cpu and gpu

Temperatures are consistently low I have the dust filter installed found it made very little difference to airflow and temps

The front is a dust magnet but really easy to clean just unclip and use my handheld blower to clean it up in seconds
