I arrived back in the county Monday AM

Apart from the McDonalds breakfast an hour or so after landing I've eaten virtually nothing

I suspect I picked something up on one of the planes on the way back but anything (even water) ingested took about 30 seconds to be "recycled" and "evacuated", in the form of slurry, from my brown eye

While not particularly pleasant - It has meant that of the almost 5kg put on over the fortnight I have subsequently lost just over 3.5kg of that since Tuesday morning
