Well thats us until the circus rolls into Zandvoort on 21st of August for the Dutch Grand Prix Weekend!

I half expect some significant driver news during this break; will Alonso retire or does the car upgrade give him enough to stay for another year at Aston Martin.
Will Max take a year off and race WEC, Le Mans or something else?
Could Sainz make a move from what seems a Williams Team that's getting worse, more importantly which soulless track will join Sepang on the latter half of the 2026 calendar as more Middle East races are canned?
 
Just a word of warning, the Azerbijan race is on the Saturday 26th September as it's their Rememberance Day on Sunday 27th. Thus FP1 is on the Thursday.

Tempted to try and get down to the GP in Malaysia given it's only a couple of hours from Bangkok. Expect the hotel will be a right pain though, lets wait for ticket details!
 
Sounds like there's a real threat of Abu Dhabi and Qatar not happening, with Domenicali suggesting a September Deadline and that the "season will finish in Europe" if not the Middle East.

As much as I'd like to see Portiamo or Istanbul I believe they're both undergoing work ahead of being back on the calendar for 2027 and part of me would prefer to see circuits that aren't likely to come back into rotation; perhaps Nurburgring, Hockenheim or Mugello.

So the "Abu Dhabi Grand Prix and Qatar Grand Prixs hosted at Paul Ricard" here we come!

Nurburgring or Hockenheim would suit these cars better than the 2 middle east races anyway.

Yep, that would really sort out the men from the boys. I must admit though, the quagmire getting in and out as spectator would require me to watch on Sky along with a bottle or two of Merlot ;)
 
Domenicali telling the NY Times that they considered but wrote off a second Las Vegas race, apparantly they "need" to come back to the UK for "administrative" reasons.

“Considering the constraints that we have, we need to go back to close all the Brexit-connected documentation from abroad in the UK, and then go to another place.

Imola in December is the leading contender to be the season closing race! That seems nuts but maybe a little less chance of snow that Germany or the UK!
