Nice - i would love to here how long it takes to arrive - im currently abroad but I want to order one to arrive when im back home.Managed to order a grey superstation one today, looks like it’s still in stock
From dispatch to door using the cheaper shipping it was about 2 weeks.Nice - i would love to here how long it takes to arrive - im currently abroad but I want to order one to arrive when im back home.
Thanks - i think im going all in with the superstation and cd Dock (mainly so I can add an nvme drive and play my audio cd's).From dispatch to door using the cheaper shipping it was about 2 weeks.
Mine should be arriving tomorrow, it's in the UK and with Royal Mail so all being well I'll be setting it all up this week. Unreasonably excited. Thanks - i think im going all in with the superstation and cd Dock (mainly so I can add an nvme drive and play my audio cd's).
I've ordered mine with a Dock yesterday. Its not even arrived yet and ive been looking at the modular hori arcade stick, guncon 3 on cex and hard dance mat for a ddr workout . I still have quite a few psx disks including the brilliant thrasher Skate and destroy, wipeout 2097 and various arcade complications.Well, my SuperStation One arrived yesterday. It’s superb. Makes me wish I’d gotten into FPGA sooner. I’m very sensitive to input lag in some games and the experience with this is just better than it is with software emulation (even with runahead etc).
Dug out a few of my old PSX discs to test and they work perfectly.
You must have noticed a massive change in the two years you were away so many games supported now..Spent the last few days rebuilding my MiSTer (software wise) in that I've realised I basically haven't used it in anger for nearly two years! Thought the best approach was to re-format the memory card, but beforehand I decided to really look at all the cores and games. Specifically with the question; what will I realistically play, rather than simply using complete collections for everything. After a few hours of sorting stuff out I reduced 600GB to c.130GB. Part of this was dumping the massive AO486 core as tbh I don't really use that other than listening to Monkey Island 2 MIDI soundtrack through the MT-32 Pi (love that intro).
Was going to use the NFS script to store the games on my Debian server, but I can squeeze everything on the mSD card now so it's quite nice as my MiSTer will be more portable now without an MT-32 Pi, or external USB drive hanging off it. Also nice to see some of the improvements to the Update_All script. Most stuff I've tested so far is working off the bat, but there are a few new cores and things to get working still.

Well, my SuperStation One arrived yesterday.
Zero extra. I chose the YunExpress delivery option which takes longer but I've never been charged import or fees with that method. How much were import taxes and VAT on top of the order? I'm thinking of getting one. With the SuperDock it comes to about £250 with shipping and £207 without the SuperDock.
I can recommend the Guncon 3, worth it if you also have a PS3, but if it is really expensive, you may as well look into Gun4IR.I've ordered mine with a Dock yesterday. I did use Taki's ConsoleMode for a bit on my SS1, but it slows the entire experience down and it's buggy. I use the MiSTer Connect app via iOS which is superb - lets you create collections, launch your games etc - so its great for large libraries. Believe it's on Android too.Does anyone run a frontend of their Mister? I've seen a few are popping up now and wondering whether to get one sorted for mine.
Yeah I've seen the app and thought about trying it out.I did use Taki's ConsoleMode for a bit on my SS1, but it slows the entire experience down and it's buggy. Let me know how you get on if you try it out.Yeah I've seen the app and thought about trying it out.
The frontend I've most considered is called Degauss - it looks fairly rapid from the videos they've uploaded.
What colour did you go for?My SuperStation is less than 30 stops away - come on Royal Mail put your foot down
