It's a rubbish shot, but this is a cleaned up version of the picture from a magazine:

It's from the July 2007 issue of Game Informer, and Joe has confirmed it's legit;

It's the third mini-image from DNF that's been released. It seems they're deliberately making people find screenshots, rather than plain saying "here, look! screenshots!". But still, it's another sign that they're thinking about revving those hype engines at some point soonish!

I think the picture is of some worm thing? You can see it crawling around the walls.

Is this the game? Deciphering the screenshots or guessing if they are fake or not...
I want it to be released just so I can put it out of my mind. Since that original trailer I've wanted to play this game!

Yeah it's been in development for 10 years, but so what? It's a shame they didnt finish an earlier version of the game, but that's just the way things went. It sucks but lets get over that.

They're actually going to release it this time. If they re-titled it something else, I think you'd care - its just the fact it's called Duke Nukem Forever that makes you not care, because you heard about it such a long time ago and got bored waiting.

I bet you'll all change your minds when the game's released I think I'm going to love it, and my money's on it being released within the next 18 months.

I'm not one to get overly excited by Duke Nukem. Every few months I'll piece together an update out of the various posts on their forums, but it's never anything amazing. That said there's nothing like the possibility of a screenshot to get you interested.

At the risk of derailing the thread, that picture was never confirmed as fake (at least not the last time I checked).

Lets not bother arguing it though as there are other threads on it and they just boil down to repetition.

Wikipedia has confirmed this & 3Drelams are infact working on Prey 2 - due in Q4 of 2022.
