Look at it this way. If you put spikes on the top of your wall but they arnt visible. If a theif tries to break into your house by going over the wall and stabs them selves up. YOu get sued!
I know the theif did suffer some injuiries but i couldn't say what. But i know they were enough for him to build a law case against his uncle and yes he did win compensation. Which is why his uncle now always leaves his lights on in his shop now.
And at the guy who said its a friend of a friend. Well mmm, i dont own a shop. I dont know many people that do own shops therefore its highly likely its going to be a friend or a friend of a friend. In this case my friends uncle.
