Hello,

I'm looking for a new case around the £100 mark that has enough room to fit big graphics cards like a 8800GTX. Most of the cases I have been building with have the hard disk area too close to where the graphics card sit?

Apart from having enough space it should have a few 120mm fans (or spaces to mount them).

Good airflow throughout and preferably no doors!

At the moment I am reading reviews on the Antec 900 and also the older CoolerMaster Stacker RC-810, also the CoolerMaster Stacker 831 but thats a bit more than I wanted to pay although it does look good! :)

Any other candidates?

Thanks guys some good suggestions there! :)

Gonna read up more on the Lian Li V1000+ and the Thermaltake Mozart TX

I have the Thermaltake Mozart TX and its a great case very easy to put the stuff in and lots of room.

It look good as well and my m8 think i am mad for having a pc case this big but its does the job lol

(edit )

yeah the doors on the TX they should never break as they seem really strong well made with lock so to keep anyone from messing with yeah pc woot.
Airflow seems great i only got 6 120mm fans and 1 80mm fan and my pc is really nice a cold and you can have upto 10 120 mm fans lol

Yeah it stands out a lot when ppl walk into my room there like wtf is that thing lol.

Its sort of loud but that don't bother me anyways but some ppl may not like the noise made by the fans that come with it.

But if you want to show off the inside of your pc like i want to do when i get some nice new parts in a few months time then its good for that as well lol.

Also its a bit heavy so make sure if you did get one you have a strong table.
I don't like putting on the floor as it will eat to much dust and speaking of dust i had this case for over 5 months and i cant see any dust buildup inside the case the filters on the fans are doing a good job.

Akasa eclipse if you want the best case in the £100 ish area
one of the others if you want a good looking not quite as good case
but lets convince ourselves and others it is case.
What's the largest case owners gallery on this forum
then ask yourself why.
I love the mozart also but it's over your budget and is the size of a wardrobe.

the tx's are absolute monsters, but there's not much you wont fit in one, and that includes a 7" motorised screen, watercooling using two 2x120mm rads and a complete 2nd pc in the right hand side of the case. if you want it all in a case that is well built and spec'd (and WELL ventilated) there isnt much you can compare it with.

tell me honestly, an eclipse cant compete with a case that has 3 120mm's blowing over the components and the psu on the other side of the case further decreasing temperatures.

No but it must sound like a hoover.
I like the mozart a lot though but the depth puts me off
how on earth have you got the psu to the 8800 with what looks
like about cm between the card and the fans is beyond me.

no, it certainly doesnt sound like a hoover. its actually very quiet. Big.Wayne is also considering the case, so i dont think being out of the original budget is actually a worry:)

easy peasy, at the front and bottom of the motherboard tray there are various holes to route wires through to the psu. its all very discreet and well though out:) http://www.trustedreviews.com/perip...hermaltake-Mozart-TX-Case-with-7in-Display/p1 bottom shot on there gives you an idea
