I think you add 141 to the front and drop the 0

You dont drop the 0 you just put 141 in front of the number

Its 141, but you dont need to drop any digits at all. I use it at work all the time at work, means customers answer rather than just ignore the number

I'll never understand people who won't pick up a withheld. What did you before Caller ID, never answer the phone?

I always do but then, my parents house is automatically withheld, so most of the time it's just them calling me.

but how do you hide your number from people... for example if someone asks for your number and you dont want them to have it, what do you say?

How about if your boss or someone at work asks for it on a "friendly" basis so they can call you whenever :confused:

(and its not in your contract)

Im the same, but a lot of people log our number and ignore it when we ring, adding 141 makes the stupid planks answer
