warhammer online interview *hilarious*

ok seriously? am i the only one who thought this was one fat geek on a serious power trip? he wasnt funny............. at all. Just a bit of a burk. He is the guy in the pub that keeps making really excitable jokes that everyone ignores but puts up with.

He couldnt answer a simple question........... he is like the geek god of geekdom.

However, i will be buying the game.

Seriously though, why would you open a thread containing a funny video, read the comments THEN watch the video?! :confused: I hold no responsibility for your strange habits! Btw the above is a quote from the simpsons, I mean no offence :D
 
oh one other thing - ive been on their website and looking at all the vids they have been posting of gameplay etc. Is it just me or do the graphics look very dated - i mean - wow graphics are pretty poo by todays standards and the Warhammer graphics look excatly the same, if not worse.

Or am i just seeing things? The intro FMV trailer however is awesome and i want to make creamy love to bird with the staff fighting the priest/wizard dude.
 
The graphics are better than WoWs, although they use a similar wide range of palette colours which might fool people into thinking they are similar.

Then again, the graphics in UO were utterly diabolical and I still think thats the best MMO I have ever played. :)

All in all I am looking forward to the release of Warhammer, I got insanely bored of the endless grinding and pointless pvp of WoW and am ready for a fresh start on a new MMO
 
Hehehe yeah...it was a definate dig at WoWs quests. I will never forget the annoying Barrens quest in WoW, the one to collect 4 Zhevra Hooves. Yet you kill a Zhevra and (despite it having 4 hooved legs) it doesnt drop a single hoof :rolleyes:

Which part of it? that the graphics are better? or that it uses a similar wide palette?

I guess graphics are subjective, so what one person considers better may not be the same as another. All I know is that I played WoW for 2 years, and I am in the Warhammer Online beta, and I know which graphics I think are better (in my personal opinion, based on the experience of playing both)

Obviously though, with the subjective nature of graphics not everyone will share the same viewpoint, either way.

It was on the website below the video which is where im talking about ^_^, also i tend to read the comments due to my 512kbps tesco broadband connection :<

In all honesty I do read the first few comments on OcUK threads to see if other users find it funny sometimes. What I meant was reading through the whole thread :) I thought my post was further down :D
