thats the benefit of working for a small family (even if its only one of you, but you get what i mean) run company

all the companies that ive worked for, that have had MDs who've been there since the start, have been much better to work for

when companies start "hiring" MDs etc.. things are never good. You become just a number in a book, and a result get paid as little as they can get off with ..

I love the Focus ST but can't really justify purchase/running costs.

Running costs are actually cheaper than my BMW so I'm not to worried about that.

Purchasing wise it's affordable while I'm living at home but in 6 months it's time to get real so will ditch the Focus, buy something sensible like an older 320d and buy a house.
