Why are British so fascinated with America's gun laws? it has nothing to do with us stay out. We like to think ourselves superior but we're the ones stuck with a royal family.

Technically the Queen is immune from prosecution so she can carry a bazooka if she likes. A defendant in a court of law is fighting the 'Crown' and the Queen is the Crown so she can't take a case out against herself.

As I said, she's immune from prosecution. The courts represent her and when you go to prison you serve time at 'her majesty's pleasure'. She can't launch a case against herself or serve at her own pleasure so yes, technically speaking she could commit a murder.

Of course the practical reality is that if she did commit a murder, there would be uproar and it would probably lead to the Monarchy's disbandment.
