Best of luck to you.

Seeing as your location says Brighton I am guessing that you are to go to Hurstwood Park for your op?
Very good place, saved my aunts life and have done two more operations on her brain with brilliant results. Its a smallish place but very specialised.

Like others have said it will take a while to get back up to speed but without the ops my aunt wouldnt have seen her granddaughter so very very much worth it!

Best of luck.

My mum went in to Frenchay to have a Pituitary Adenoma removed last Monday. They'd been putting off the operation for six months it's such a relief once it's all out of the way. She's still got a week or so left in hospital, spent a day in a High Dependancy unit, but looking better every day now. She's not allowed to do anything but rest for up to 12 weeks either.
