When is the newest build of Win10 going to be released?

Can someone please tell me when the newest build (I think it's called Creators Edition) will be released as a downloadable ISO file from MS and what will the build number likely to be?
I heard it was April, but no date.

Supposedly we will be able to grab the Creators update from today. Use the Windows 10 upgrade assistant.

I got mine last week over Windows Update, didn't have to do anything. not that I have noticed much of a difference other than the new Security center

If you run Windows update now they have put a link in showing you how to upgrade to the latest version early.

Does it do a "quick" update / patch or essentially install the entire OS again (and seemingly take longer than a fresh install) like it did with the anniversary update?

It will be similar to the anniversary update.
