On PC (well my arcade cab), there is also a new game based on Wonder Boy in Monster Land in the works for later this year.
The remake of Wonder Boy the dragons trap is exactly the same as the Master System original but with a audio/visual makeover, it looks gorgeous.

Apparently you can use your old password saves on the remake as well.

The Sega portable games appear to be in the app stores now, I tried Altered Beast and Kid Chameleon on my iPad Air last night and they ran like a dog.

There is a remake of The Dragons trap on steam. I assume its also on the likes of xbox live and psn too.

They can also expand the Saturn's memory as well as allowing for playing of import games.

Just hope they make loads. They have no excuse after seeing how popular the NES Classic was.

Yeah I will definitely be getting this (hopefully if they are available) - My only disappointment is no Chrono Trigger yet I am hyped enough as it is I doubt I would have slept at all until release if that had been on there.
