California prepares to legalize marijuana on New Year's Day

I think it's fine, takes it away from the black market, gives taxes back to schools, people can use it for medication needs and enjoy life without facing years behind bars for smoking a plant.


Alcohol is far more damaging to society and a person in general but that's perfectly fine? so why not a little pot.
