Coding is colour and gender blind, it does not discriminate against people based on appearance, all it cares about is 'Do you have the skills' Male and Female brains are different, there are many things better suited to female brains, by the same token many things are better suited to the male brain, this is why there are far more male coders than female, in fact many females are just not interested in coding even when they would be good at it, so because 'Equality of Opportunity' does not produce an arbitrary number of female coders, like 50%, SJW's and Radical Feminists go down the Social Marxist rout instead by forcing that desired equality at the expense of those who have worked for it if they are male and at the expense of quality just to get female bums on the desired seats.
