My Auntie has broken her foot whilst on holiday (this country) Anyone have any experience of how to get her car home.

Other than sending someone down to collect it. Is this something the AA would do?

There are car delivery services. We used one when my parents moved up here: they went by train (plane travel or 10 hours in a car with a passenger with dementia is not on). someone picked up their car and delivered it to their new house. Your aunt's only difficulty will be handing over the keys.

Might get someone willing to do the drive on here for the cost of putting them on the insurance and return fare plus a few quid, otherwise car delivery is an option such as movingcars.co.uk (no affiliation so no idea what cost would be).

This is where driving other cars clause comes in handy if you got fully comp policy on another car.
Just take a mate down with you who has this clause to drive car back for ya.
Id have done it for some KFC.
