There are car delivery services. We used one when my parents moved up here: they went by train (plane travel or 10 hours in a car with a passenger with dementia is not on). someone picked up their car and delivered it to their new house. Your aunt's only difficulty will be handing over the keys.
Might get someone willing to do the drive on here for the cost of putting them on the insurance and return fare plus a few quid, otherwise car delivery is an option such as movingcars.co.uk (no affiliation so no idea what cost would be).
Good to hear. When I had to take my car to a specialist 70 miles away I just rang the local companies. Top bloke did it for £160 which isn't a lot when it was a 4 hour return journey.
This is where driving other cars clause comes in handy if you got fully comp policy on another car.
Just take a mate down with you who has this clause to drive car back for ya.
Id have done it for some KFC.
