That core clock is crazy, is that just on water? What sort or MPT settings are you using?

Then Nvidia with the GTX 10 series, 2Ghz (2017)
Can we say AMD are first to 3Ghz? None of them come like that out of the box, the 6700XT is about 2.8Ghz, is that close enough?
