Coming back from living in 30-40c for the last 4 weeks!
You'll be lucky to see 23c next week and even then it's only going to be remarkably short lived.

I agree, but I fear it could be the closest we'll get to a summer this year. I seem to remember last year we had a warm blast for a week or two, then the rest of the year was mostly grey and damp.

Anything above about 20c is too hot for me.
Cambodia actually broke me. It was hitting 40 and extreme humidity. One day I drank 4l of water and peed once. It was sweat all damn day.

With the breeze, I've found this week's temps (~14C max) a little uninvitingly cool to head out for a ride after my lurgy finally subsided after ~2 weeks. Doesn't help there's snooker world champs on tv.
But today is forecast to hit ~17C in Hampshire, 20C+ until 4th May, warmest on Weds/Thurs at ~25C and even the bank holiday on 5th May is currently forecast to be dry and ~17C!
