Google Pixel 10 Series (10/10 Pro/10 Pro XL/10 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 4)

Got this on my 10PXL today, not sure I like it tbh, will give it a couple of days.
It's turned up on the Pro but not the Fold here. Seems to have nicely sorted and sifted a load of Promo and News notifications by default. Think it'll need some tweaking so important apps aren't included in the Organiser, but not too bad for me so far.

Considering moving from my 5 year old note 20 to a Pixel 10 pro XL, 512gb, with a 15% code & trade in its down to £1k

Can't decide if it's really worth it TBH as apart from the battery life my note 20 still does everything I need.

the notification improvements are actually really nice - it's so easy to basically just turn off promotions rather than having to worry about which apps are being annoying

So can anyone comment on the wifi performance of the 10P? I went to the 9P last year and I have to say the wifi is terrible compared to a Y700 in the same spot.

Had 900meg on 10 Pro and 10 Pro Fold connected via Eero Pro 6E on Virgin 1gig. WiFi is fine I'd wager.

A few referrals if anyone needs one 15% off , thanks

Anyone able to confirm how quickly the p10 can take portrait photos one after the after and do this constantly? On my p8, I'm using the main camera and put the portrait mode on, but after about 4/5 photos, it stops letting me take any more while it processes. Annoying when I'm trying to get shots of my 11 month old as I'm missing the key moment when he smiles or whatever.

Same behaviour on 10 Pro and 10 Pro Fold :-( imagine the standard 10 would be the same.

Sale on right now and BLC code stacks with enchanced trade in and sale.

10 pro xl for £633 with an old crappy trade in. Debating if it's worth it for the wife. She's on the 7pro but wants to kepp that as a spare.

Yeah, I've just gone for a 10 128GB which was ~£300 after trading in something from the drawer, plus ~£50 of Google credit for being part of Google One, so £250 in total.

Guessing I won't also keep the £100 credit from Amex but might be lucky.

Ah yes the 10% store credit too. Makes it sweeter.

If the added the watch 3 like the other deals I wouldn't think twice

True, but it already feels like a pretty good deal to me so I'm not surprised they haven't sweetened it further.

There isn't much choice for phones sub-£250, so for me getting wireless charging (magsafe at that) and an operating system that hasn't been faffed about with isn't to be sniffed at.

I'm always a bit sceptical of deals along the lines of "The Pixel 14 Pro XL is £2,499 but this deal brings it down to £2,099", if it's something that's genuinely competitive with other brands etc then I'm far more likely to bite.

Ideally I would have liked a Pro, but even those deals around £599 felt too expensive for me to throw at a phone.

Yeah given the ram debacle now it seems like a good deal. This years pixel will be even more pricey for not much gain. Ordered

Picked up the P10 Pro since the P9 fold is going faulty, Google will replace that with the P10 fold but going to sell that, so essentially will cover most of the cost of the 10 pro. Loving it so far, more solid than I thought and the Tensor G5 performs more than well enough for my needs. Will miss the bigger inner screen but reliability issues made me want to go back to the classic slab.
