Him hanging around like this after the fight with the fans and calling out Fury tells me exactly why he did this, US exposure and hyping that fight
The fans wanted to see him demolish JP. That didn’t happen so it’s makes JP look creditworthy, it was all staged

I think there was an agreement to hold back for 6 rounds.
It suited both of them when they agreed to it as AJ still wins, and Paul gains a bit of credibility by lasting that long.
If AJ had tried to fight it would have lasted 1 round.
The reality for me is that Paul gains zero credibility as it was obvious to see that AJ wasn’t trying. And AJ ends up looking like an idiot when it’s obvious it was scripted.
I don’t think either of them care though. AJ couldn’t contain his smile with all that money hitting his account lol.
This fight has probably paved the way for Paul vs Wilder but I won’t be staying up for that one…

I don’t think it was scripted rigged or really any conspiracy, JP just avoided the fight by running away for 4 rounds - it’s difficult to knock out anyone who won’t box - and just runs away.
As soon as JPs gas tank emptied a bit and AJ found the range it was over in 1.5 rounds, so meh - it is what it is, but I don’t blame AJ for that, he had an opponent that wouldn’t fight for 70% of the contest
