For the batch I use (makes 15 meals +-)

5 Beans
1kg lean beef
20 finger chilli's + a few of a mates stupid hot seeds
1 bar 74% cocoa chocolate
1 large bottle of strong dark beer, or export Guinness
2 Chilli starter kits from the supermarket
1 tin of chopped toms

Then on slow cook for 6 hours

It isn't that hot (for me) and with the chocolate and beer it is now what I consider a smooth easy to eat chilli con.

On the old overnighters I would throw a Carolina Reaper in, which gives it more heat.

Goa by name, goa by reputation! Goabert69!

Did you tell everyone you had to take pics for the forumites?

I did indeed  I clipped the hands away and got my camera out!

I went to Bollywood and he didn't show up! :(

I never told him I was coming :p

:cry::cry::cry:

The moment your full OCUK Username was read out to me, priceless

First time I used dry and thought that'll be safe, so crunched it up, no gloves and in it went.

Later I wiped my face...Trust me a man sobbing and begging for more milk to be poured over my face is not 'Ohh, you're hard' :D

To add: Overnight reduces the heat imo.

Might have to try it.

Geez How many times can I get that wrong :D

I meant to say that the Carolina Reaper wasn't OH I'm hard comment that if cooked overnight will reduce it's heat by a considerable amount and be more flavour than heat and then I beat up a tiger :D:D
