My munch for tonight whilst watching Bristol City

Anyway I had one tonight for first time, pleasantly surprised and enjoyed it!

Pathia looks good, always nice to see a lemon slice present!

Geez How many times can I get that wrong

I meant to say that the Carolina Reaper wasn't OH I'm hard comment that if cooked overnight will reduce it's heat by a considerable amount and be more flavour than heat and then I beat up a tiger

Raw Chilli’s are brutal, I tend to avoid or get the hiccups, that and handling of a child soon after is always risky business!

I do plan on being better food wise soon, energy levels are none existent atm, still can’t shake off whatever this bug is!
