What should i lose to be able to get a good psu then?

Budget is as close to £400 as i can get. Found a cheap case + 500w psu on ebay to get the price down a litte more. Its for a friend who just wants to be able to play some games.

Hey, This is my first time overclocking and i thought i would give the asus TurboV EVO program that came with my mobo a try. I used the "auto tuning" feature and it put me to this... idle Does that mean its as high as my pc can handle? Or would i get more out of it if i did it...
