i read the same, its ok with AVI's up to 1.4 gig. most of the movies i have ripped from my dvd collection are 1gig for standard AVI and 1.4gig for the ones with DD 5.1 :D It will only be temporary solution until i have the funds to build a proper HTPC with HDMI Im collecting mines...

The black drives definitely have better performance so if you want a fast drive then go for the Black, if speed/performance is not the issue go with the blue.

Great news mate! glad your cards working now :D I think Asrock is still a relatively small company compared to the big giants(Asus, Gigabyte, MSI) and so naturally the support will be a little slower. Im sure theyll get there TT appears to be a good place to address issues.
