I see you have a gigabyte motherboard. Check there is any quick boot option in the bios not sure what its actually called. I seem to remember enabling it once after sn install and it had the opposite effect.
Do the tiamuts have there own usb sound card or do you need a sound card as that will have a lot to do with certain sound signatures. Google Tiamut Bass eq profiles. Thats what i did with my vengeance 1500s an found one that claimed to be close to the akg k701 sound.
are you using the new or old drivers with them. i have the 1500s an the new drivers are just so broken, but the old ones work great for me but i hear they dont detect the 2000s as a 7..1 headset
With that card go for either a 24 inch 120hz monitor as that card will get some good frame rates for it or go with a 27 inch which your card would handle with a 2,560 x 1,440 resolution. If you game competitively go with the 24 inch if you like eye candy go with a 27 inch ultra resolution.
Left my digital vibrance at 50 iv never touched it to be honest if i start to go lower i have no colour at all. As for my settings iv used the tft central profiles but to be honest apart from the brightness the original ones were ok for me.

60 70 wow you must have built in ray bans. mine would be way too high on that but that could be quality control using different panels. Check out tft central for there calibration settings but if your panel is different it doesn't always work. I'v heard stories of people returning there sets...
Got the xl2420t this week an so far liking it. Im running a gtx 580 an on bf3 with msaa turned diwn im getting over 60 most if the time an it feels way smoother an more responsive. Even when it dips beliw 60 it still feels better. As for the picture it was bright so I turned it way down at...
Set your wired speakers up at the back as normal. connect no other audio device. set as defualt. then plug in the wireless adapter at the front an then set this as default audio device. when set up like this the wireless headset will be the chosen device but when you unplug it it should revert...
Got the corsair vengeance 1500s. there great for gaming games from the past few years are all upto 7.1 channels. i havent found a game yet where they dont work in either 7.1 or 5.1. Not sure how they would compare to true surround headset but for me they sound great an work. how i see it is you...
The drivers are a little dodgy on the v2000s as windows doesn't recognise them as a 7.1 device resulting in sterio in most games shame as there sound quality is top notch
