trying to get myself in shape

I think you'll want to look at this one (Linky) instead as the link you posted won't do a great deal for your obliques and abs. As WantoN mentioned this will serve you very well :)

Venturing into the world of Apple Mac...

Those prices sound ideal and I'm sure I'm being dense but how do you get the 40% off for business? Would you have to order in bulk or is there another way? When I look at the business and normal retail stores, both list the same prices  I too wouldn't mind playing around with a...

Women Drivers - From the horse's mouth

Or could it be the fact that, judging by that forum, most women drive off when having an accident and don't report it :D

    Free satnav? hmmmm

Looks promising but I just found this, which states the first release will be for Android based phones only :( Hopefully we'll see it on other non-Android phones later on :)

    Treadmills bad for the knees?

From my own experience I had some trouble with my knee giving out, swelling and feeling generally pretty painful a few years ago with normal road running and had to have a long layoff to recover. Eventually I hit the gym and used the treadmill for a couple of years with no ill effects (still...

    How to Generate Online Surveys

Sounds like Limesurvey is just what you are after. I've been using it for a long time now and it's never let me down yet and I generally have to make some really awkward surveys for my customers. The communities great and and very helpful if you use it. I can't say I've had any issues so...

    Hardtail blues

Hopefully checking out the Specialized store this weekend, as soon as I can finish a mountain of work. I've just noticed they've got a few of the 2010's in stock so hopefully there might be some deals on the 2009 range ;) Quite like the look of the Orange range, I still remember the original...

    Hardtail blues

Thanks for the links SDK^ it much appreciated :) I've seen the FSR XC a lot on our rides as quite a few of the members went for the same one it seems. I love the look of the Epic but the price (matches the name 'Epic') coupled with it not being that comfortable on the descents kind of...

    Hardtail blues

Thank you both for the excellent replies ;) Lots of useful things for me to look at. I like the look of the Trek, certainly one I can go and take a look at if I can find one locally. Can't blame anyone upgrading their hardtail to a full susser once the going gets bumpy :D Even though I...

    Hardtail blues

Hi guys :) I know there are a lot of knowledgeable bike people on here and I wondered if anyone could spare some wisdom. I've been mountain biking for years and thoroughly enjoying myself whenever I get out and dirty. However this hasn't been so much fun over the last year or so as every...

Bournemouth traffic light cameras now do speeding!

To answer the OP, I too have had the same email, txt and conversation with lots of people in the Poole area since Thursday and no one seems to know for definite if it's true or a hoax  I know a few weeks back they were doing some road works by the lights for a day or so but I've no...

Replacement cord for my Sennheiser cans

It was a good few years ago now, but I remember having to order some cables for my dads HD600's and after I contacted Sennheiser direct they told me to try Custom Cable on tel: 0208 942 9124. Not sure if they still do them, but dads are still going great after all that time ;)

    CBT in the rain!

I did my DAS in monsoon like conditions last year, but I ended up passing first time :D As others have said, take it slowly and break gently and you'll be fine. As my examiner said at the end of my test 'if you can pass in this weather, I've got every confidence you'll make an excellent biker'.

Best free, simple tool to convert mov files to vmw?

Not sure if it was a typo or not (vmw) but if you mean wmv then http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html does pretty much any conversion I have ever chucked at it. Fantastic freebie although the download link is tricky to find on their page as they try and hide it from hotlinkers. Hope it helps. :)

    Flash conveter

Hi :) I can't recommend Super highly enough. I use it for a lot of my conversions for streams and DVD to Flv. It covers every possible conversion I'm likely to need :D

    Anime DVD's

Thanks for that, I'm glad to have found someone who knows what he is on about with regard to these suppliers. :) A lot of what I have heard from others is pure hear say, from a mate of a mate. I'll see what I have left after I have paid off the lot I have ordered then try and go for the...

    Anime DVD's

Ah right, so there is indeed some chance of getting bits and pieces if I miss out on them. :) I'm really chuffed as I have had an email to say that m copy of Noir has been shipped for DVDpacific, hopefully they won't take too long. It will be my first order with them and my first box so I'll...
