I’d suggest something wild - go for a B grade M32U for the 4k 144hz VRR goodness.
Listed for £550 but you can send in an offer to Nik to get it closer to your budget.
I did and I’m a happy man!
(Although I’m stilling waiting LG to come in with their OLED w/ DP1.4+ at a reasonable price!)
Also flipped the A12x25 on black ridge as an exhaust, only really dropped 1C which I would count more as measurement error so probably does not really matter.
92mm.
You might want to consider not mounting one if you have a much bigger fan in front of it. e.g. I don't mount a 92mm at that spot when I have an intake U12A directly next to it to minimise turbulence turbulence.
Gotten mine yesteday and transferred things over from my NR200P.
Fully air cooled build - running 5600X on an Alpenfohn Black Ridge w/ A12X25 attached as an intake.
Dual Toughfan 14 (will swicth this to A14x24 when Noctua finally release theirs) as intake
3080 FTW3 deshrouded with A12x25 as...
I would put the U12A as intake but consider deshrouding ur 3090 trinity
I have my 3080 FTW3 deshrouded and zip tied A12x25 on it as an intake and it works beautifully.
I found a big Demciflex filter (it was for a Corsair 760T IIRC), removed the magnetic border and just cut the mesh to size and sandwiches it back to the front mesh. Works perfectly.
Pure wings is fine, another choice is Artic P12. I use Noctua A12x25 as I’m a fan but I know it’s expensive.
I had a Meshify C before - and the original case fans actually not all too bad and the mod that yields the biggest improvement is actually removing / replacing the front foam filter.
