Looking for a slightly smaller case

Thanks for the replies. I have seen a lot of the NZXT H510 and admittedly it does look fairly smart. I've not heard of the Raijintek, but I'll check out some reviews and have a bit more of a think. Thanks :)

Looking for a slightly smaller case

Hey all, I've currently got my system inside a Lian-Li PC-7HB. I've been really happy with it over the years. It's well built, looks professional, and has great airflow. I've recently rearranged my home office so that me and my partner can work side-by-side, and that process has resulted in a...

    ** NVIDIA RTX 30 SERIES NOW ONLINE AT OVERCLOCKERS UK (3090 / 3080 / 3070) **

Nvidia seemed to tout their new cooler design in their announcement, but I can't find any reference cooler designs listed. If the new coolers are so good, I wonder why none of the board partners are using it. Does anybody know why?

    LG 27GN950

I'm glad I took your advice on this one. Running 4K without scaling on a 27 inch display for my desk and seating arrangement won't work very well for me long-term. I've had to reconsider my choice of monitor to prioritise work over gaming, so I've put in a pre-order for the 32UN880 on Amazon...

    LG 27GN950

Fair enough. Everything I am reading about it says "visually lossless" so I guess an analogy would be something like looking at a very high quality JPG instead of a BMP/RAW.

    LG 27GN950

For the uninitiated, how come DSC isn't desirable? I'm ordering one of these immediately when it's in stock.

    ASUS Trade In

Hey guys, I have a GTX 970 that honestly is giving me some problems, I suspect might be faulty (I occasionally get black screen flickers) but is way too old to RMA. Can somebody explain how the ASUS Trade In works? Am I even eligible if the GTX 970 is not functioning correctly? Am I right in...

    Cable not quite long enough

My 8-pin CPU power cable is not long enough to go behind the motherboard tray in a neat way and I'll need to trail it over the top of my graphics card to plug it in. Is it possible to purchase modular cables of different length individually? Just to have an extra 5 or 10cm would be enough.

Quick "is it worth it" check

Thanks for the feedback! Sounds like it could be a worthwhile upgrade and within my budget! I believe it's a CPU bound system right now. My other hardware is made up of a Thermaltake 750W modular, a couple of Samsung SSD 840 Pro's and a Geforce GTX 970.

Quick "is it worth it" check

Hi all, Looking to upgrade to something that will make a difference to my very casual gaming (Path of Exile, Minecraft, EQ2, TF2, not demanding games by any means) and my programming work which mainly involves waiting for webpack to rebuild stuff. I notice that my work-provided laptop with an...

    Lian-Li PC-7H power button cable

Alright, thanks! I appreciate the reply. I'm a wimp when it comes to soldering, I'll see if I can get my brother to give me a hand with it. Thanks for the suggestion for the replacement multimedia panel. However, it should be noted that the multimedia panel is a separate unit from the...

    Lian-Li PC-7H power button cable

Hi all, A while ago, my microphone stopped working on my headset, but only when connecting to the front panel of the Lian-Li PC-7H case. I suspected a faulty connection on the underside of the power button panel. As I removed the optical drive from the top slot, it must have snagged on a...

PHPWord - multiple lists on a page, restarting numbering?

Hey! I had to create .docx files for a company I worked for a while ago. We initially started using PHPWord, but found it to be quite limiting especially when working with templates. So we ended up purchasing a Pro license for PHPDocX for about $100 I think. PHPDocX has a free version, and...

Need some help with a batch file

    Here's a PHP script that will do it and save to output.xml in the same directory: <?php $start = 1889; $finish = $start + 200; $xmlString = ''; for($i = $start; $i < $finish; $i++) { $xmlString .= '<Product UnitID="0035-' . $i . '" Version="V5.1"> <Group Name="StandardFlags"/> <Group...

OCUK This Week Only Savings % Script

Had some spare time on my hands, so made the following script that will show the % savings on the This Week Only page. If you are running Google Chrome, press F12 and go to Console, paste in the following script and hit Enter: $prices = $('td tr:has(span.oldprice)'); $prices.each( function() {...
