    its the same cal for standard and premium and you need a cal for each user/device that is accessing the server so if you have 15 simultanious conections to both servers then you need 15 cals on each server

    You will need to purchase sbs cals for your sbs as they have the sql and exchange licenses. They are significantly more expensive. You can buy user or device cals and you require 1 cal for every user/device that accesses the server (depending on the licensing mode you are using).
