Google Play system update has finally updated to 1 January 2024

I normally wait seven days for the reminder email, this contains a link to request another label by email that has both the 48 hour tracked and a special delivery option.

I finally managed to speak to Samsung customer services about my missing launch voucher - they offered to send the code for the £50 plus case and screen saver but I'd have to cancel my order to use it. I wasn't willing to do this as delivery would move to February so they've sent me a £60...

Couldn't wait any longer for the £50 code so gone for a black 1tb ultra, trading my S23 ultra - £546.65 with the free watch through blue light.

Biggest win for me is Bixby text call now works over WiFi calling.

I thought with this update Samsung had fixed Bixby text calls on WiFi calling as the option to answer with Bixby now shows on an incoming WiFi call, but just get a pop up that says Bixby text calls cannot be used for WiFi calls....

I use ESR S23 Ultra Camera Lens Protectors - works fine with my OtterBox case.

I've got five of their SIMs - three of the free ones, one 2gb per month in the car and one 5gb + unlimited calls/SMS in a tablet. The tablet does get 5g but WiFi calling isn't enabled. I wouldn't use them for my mainphone as I rely on WiFI calling at home.

I've been looking for something to use the voucher on - so far nothing..

Just done my claim - also claimed for a 12 Month Disney code and a £50 Galaxy Store voucher with a Tab S9

On my S23 there's an option on wifi calling to set a calling preference, options are wifi preferred or mobile network preferred.

Looks like I'll stick with the Watch 5 Pro LTE, I don't get on with the rotating bezel on the classic. It'll be interesting how battery life compares between the 5 Pro and the 6 classic.

I'd like them to fix Bixby text calls so it works when I'm using WiFi calling.

Yes, that's why I used the routine, the plug switches on at at 04.00 and the routine used to switch off the charger when it hit the battery protected limit so the phone wasn't sitting on a charger. Probably overkill but it seemed to work well. I'll carry on looking.
