Hmm, might be the same issue/solution as I had with the Kolink Mesh M-ATX RGB - there is a button on the front IO panel that cycles lighting effects - hold it down and it'll turn off the LEDs - you should hten be able to control them through software.
Took me a good while to work it out as...
Finally got it all built, windows installed, files all copied over, etc, etc.. lovely job :) - the Lian Li is a hefty beast!
As for the old PC - everything deleted, windows reinstalled - now just sitting there waiting for some inspiration! - it's still a good PC with the 1070ti..

Talk to OCUK via the forums as suggested - I had an issue with a DPD delivery yesterday - it sorted itself out fortunately - but contact them before you do anything else (like opening it..).
