Been waiting on either the Gigabyte 3070 Gaming OC or Master card being available today - Seems I either missed them or no such luck

Ive found if I have ANY of the Gigabyte apps / APP Centre installed, HWinfo does not show me VRVout - If they are not installed it shows me it, plus a few other readouts every time

Exactly this ^^ Had my 4790k not died an overclocked death, I wouldn't have upgraded it for another 1 - 2 years at least. Foolishly I opted for the 9700k, kicking myself now as why I didnt save £100ish and go for i5 9600k

Have you overclocked the card any more than stock ? (If so revert back to 'out the box' clocks and try again) If you havn't overclocked it any further - Have you tried unclocking / volting it ?

Ive had coil whine present before - but only when running loads through the CPU / GPU - I can live with this, as its not very noticable above the fan volume when gamming etc. This is the complete opposite ... When Im browsing the web with no fan noise, all I can hear is the high pitched noise...
