okay, i have an EKWB D5 PWM with a plexi top. it is mounted to the case via the bracket EK sells. the D5 itself has vibration dampening but the bracket does not. if that makes sense

allright. i ordered one now. i'll let you know how the temps are once i have it installed. just to make sure, the placement of the sensor doesnt really matter since the fluid strives for thermal equilibrium. right?

if you're worried about using a kit, try EKWB's configurator https://www.ekwb.com/custom-loop-configurator/ . maybe you'll get away cheaper or see what you've misst. Fluid wise i would suggest that you take a premix instead of concentrate, that way you cant get the mix ratio wrong ^^'...
