I've run a latency test in AIDA64 and there is no difference. So I can tolerate the 'problem'.

Nobody said that. We have been saying that the AGESA was the cause of the changed boost behaviour, and we were correct.

My 3900X box does say 4.6GHz max boost. So they have given themselves some wiggle room. :(

My 3900X boosted to its advertised speed out of the box. Since I updated the BIOS and therefore AGESA, it's ~200MHz short. PBO makes no difference either. In my experience, it's most definitely AGESA related.

That BugCheck error looks like a memory issue. Try testing it with MemTest.

It doesn't spin up until the chipset hits 75°C by default. My chipset rarely goes above 60°C. :)

I'm fairly sure the Aorus Master uses the same VRM and controller as the Xtreme. Also the board is solid, I have one.

CPU-Z testing is very inconsistent. I enabled PBO in Ryzen Master and got no increase in score. I set it back to default and got 7971 multithread and 522.2 single thread.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

My 3900X is running stock. I get 7940 multithread and 521.7 single thread in CPU-Z.

I have verified the information. Windows reports 4.25GHz all cores, but Ryzen Master is reporting parked cores and speeds as low as 200MHz. This is on a 3900X with stock BIOS F3 settings on an X570 Aorus Master.

My box was devoid of Haribo as well. This travesty will not stand. :p
