What do people use for recording clips? When I was on xbox it was easy to select record the last 30 secs, 1 minute etc.. what to use on pc ? Is there something similar? I know you can use xbox game bar but that brings performance issues with it.

I have a gigabyte FI27Q-X at 1440p and now have a 3080, even oc'd my cpu and it still runs terrible. Cold war is fine though.

Is uninstalling and re downloading worth doing? Can't see why it would do anything but seen a few recommendations for it.
