you've quoted most of the 1.0375 update there :D going to make the final speed baking achievement nice and difficult now, makes it less worth it farming red cookies earlier on, and to switch to farming golden cookies a bit earlier in the heavenly chip department, no other real changes though.

You never needed to do raids to get pvp gear. Can get conquest points to buy the best pvp gear. Conquest points can be obtained by doing arenas, battlegrounds and rated battlegrounds. No raiding required :D
