RTX was great for me when the second-hand market was flooded with 1080ti's and picked up a bargain on aorus extreme!

I put a 150i on mine but found I was still limited by the terrible job Intel did with the cpu die TIM and IHS. Ended up delidding mine and it allowed me to get 4.8ghz without melting the chip.

I always like to base-line my system so I understand where I am starting from. What paste did you use for the cooler? I would seriously recommend delidding your 4790k even if you dont plan to heavily overclock as its soo much cooler. At stock speeds/volts I knocked about 28c off and under load...
